2. Information you send us

When you make an inquiry, we may process your full name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests and message. We use only the information you provide to reply, check availability and discuss a possible stay.

The contact form opens your default email application and does not store the inquiry in this website's database. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before a possible contract. We retain information only as long as needed for communication, a booking and applicable legal obligations.

3. Google Analytics and cookies

This website may use the standard Google Analytics 4 implementation only after you consent. It is used for visit statistics and may collect user counts, session statistics, approximate location, and browser and device information. Google states that individual IP addresses of visitors from the European Union are not logged or stored.

After consent, Analytics may set the _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies. Their default lifetime is up to two years; they distinguish users and preserve session state. If you decline, the Analytics script is not loaded.

You can withdraw consent by deleting this website's stored data and Analytics cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

4. Recipients and data transfers

Inquiry data is received by Romina and Mihael and the email service provider. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited and its affiliates process analytics data under their terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles.
